Structures Programs

Starting ages four and up our special structures programs will improve your child’s performance in all other sports as well as improving study habits and concentration. Our unique program of learning includes education in history, geography and anatomy, farther establishing that our commitment to your child’s development is not just physical but educational as well.

Q: How many classes per week should I attend?
A: Most instructors recommend two classes per week, plus some practice time in between classes.

Q: Will Martial Arts training make my child too aggressive?
A: Children learn that the martial arts is not an act of violence, but the art of how to handle themselves in a problematic situation, aggressive behavior is channeled into assertiveness to increase a child’s self-esteem and build discipline and character.

Q: Are my classes safe?
A: All classes are taught in complete safety. The chances of getting injured are very small since the training will be constantly supervised with safety in mind, the protective gear that is required to be worn by all students reduces the chances even further.
